Our dream was to establish a cozy chai cafe where people could gather over steaming cups of chai and share meaningful conversations. However, as we navigated the uncertainties brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, we found ourselves pivoting towards a more agile and mobile solution: the Garam Chai Cart. This decision not only allowed us to adapt to changing circumstances but also enabled us to bring the essence of chai directly to our customers, offering them comfort and warmth during challenging times.
